  • Sometimes the hardest part about working out is getting the motivation to get to the gym.  Once you’re there it’s no problem, right?  But for those days when you just can’t imagine getting yourself gym-ready, at home workouts are the perfect solution.  Even better, this video doesn’t require any equipment!  So there are no excuses!  We also really like that it tells you how many calories each move burns.  Talk about motivation!
